Universes Beyond, Oko, and You

Even within Universes Beyond, it's a complicated matter. While Wizards of the Coast has kept it separate, these cards are still used in decks and used alongside in-universe cards. In-universe, the cards we play are meant to be spells and abilities Planeswalkers have mastered and can recall.

Thus, opt-in, I'm allowing Oko to have vague knowledge of Universes Beyond. The limitations are:

1) He is not aware these planes are too different then any other. There is nothing different when it comes to UB and UW planes.

2) His knowledge is vague, since it's not like he's lingered in these planes. (Of course, part of this is for him to use this knowledge to try and trick people, as part of his gaslighting.) He is only really aware about events represented in his colour identity. (Note for the two links - the Forgotten Realms set is seen as not quite Universes Beyond.)

As an example, he wouldn't know the stories behind Ancient Bronze Dragons, he'd just know they can be sent out to help power up other summons in these magic duels.

3) It will only be used with the full consent of all parties, and only in those threads. Oko won't suddenly be chatting about New York randomly.
